The purpose of this event was to encourage students to stretch their skills in problem solving, teamwork, and presentations.<br />

The Hackathon Competition was a joint effort between Hertz and the <a href="http://www.fgcu.edu/eng/" target="_blank"><b>College of Engineering</b></a>.<br />

It was a great networking opportunity and benefited the community by 
growing FGCU connections between students, alumni, faculty, staff, and 
hiring managers.<br />

It involved a general combination of software engineers/computer programmers/graphic designers/project managers.<br />
